Idk. I'm still heartbroken after hearing the lack of armor types and equipment. I was expecting there to be like triple the amount of equipment from Oblivion. But we got the same amount if not less... I like quantity and variety.

Maybe not should, but it could. Too early to tell if it should. Right now, I'd say the its biggest competition is DX3.

Skyrim will get GOTY on at least 3 venues, there is no question about that.
Will Skyrim get THEE Game of the Year award, as in the BEST game in the entire year? That is too early to tell.

Skyrim won't get GOTY! It'll dumb down their award stuff as awards are too cumberstone and spreadsheety! OHAHEAH!!

But in all honesty it looks GOTY worthy, but it is too early to tell; I hope it does, as Bethesda is a great developer.

as much as I like DX3 I personally think from all the videos Skyrim seems to be superior.

What game has all of that stuff this year? This is about GOTY not if its worse than other TES games. Hell what upcomming RPG has the same content at all?

Deus Ex: HR is great, but Skyrim will be great too. I'm sure I'll love both games for very different reasons. But I'm also sure I'll spend a lot more time playing Skyrim than DX, so it wins. (by wins, I mean it wins my GOTY, which for me is the only award that matters...)

I think so. I didn't think human revolution quite got me hooked to be honest. Never felt like doing a second play through.

I think its ONLY competitor is BF3, but it is one hell of a competitor.

True Bf3 looks good but i don't think anything will beat skyrim :celebration:
