Personaly I thought oblivion had a great character creation complete with the constelation and what not, but what are your thoughts on what should be added in and or kept in Skyrim character creation?

Actually I preferred the Morrowind system. Oblivion's wasn't bad, just too damn long.

Pros

1. Facegen
2. A return to the "unknown prisoner" start.

Cons

1. A return to major/minor system.
2. Just enough tutorial to orient the player to controls, menu, inventory, etc.
3. Do not drop the player into the MQ

I'd like to see something with as many options as daggerfall. A ridiculous amount of skills, ability to pick special strengths and weaknesses for your character.. but that's not going to happen.

I do hope we see more varied skills to choose form than Oblivion. And I do miss picking major and minor skills.

Otherwise, I quite like what they did with the skills in Oblivion with regards to gaining something interesting in that skill at each of the benchmarks (25, 50, 75, 100) so I hope they keep that.

As far as character creation in general I'd like something immersive like Oblivion's, but with the option to be more brief.
