Would the Skyrim special edition be free since I already have Skyrim, and would it add more to the Morrowind side of Solstheim? I know you can see Morrowind (Vvardenfell) across the water from where Raven Rock is. I sounds like it would enable you to go to Vvardenfell from Solstheim. Is that true? I hope it is.

You need to own all DLC on PC to qualify for a free upgrade. The Special Edition doesn't add any new content, so no Vvardenfell, sorry.

If you currently own Skyrim Legendary on the PC.

You will get Skyrim Special Edition for free.
