Is there a mod that removes the necessity for skill levels to pick locks and hack computers?
(Ie. no "You need a skill level of XYZ to pick this lock")

In skyrim you can simply pick any lock, it's just the picking mechanic becomes harder on hard locks.

OR how should I go about making a mod that does this?
