Skyrim or Summerset Isle

This is the equivalent of saying "Your place, or mine ?"

Either way you still end up having six.

Hm, now I think of it, you're right.

Hammerfell never gets mentioned, nor does High Rock or Valenwood from what I remember.
Morrowind gets retroactive lip-service via rumors about Vehk, Redoran, and the Daedra.
Black Marsh gets stories about how the Argonians are holding their own against Dagon's footsoldiers.
I recall rumors about the Skooma trade and Elsweyr.
Skyrim gets at least one rumor about the Greybeards speaking again, which is pretty huge.
Summerset gets the increased Daedra worship rumors and the wizards sponsoring an Imperial boycott.

I think they mentioned some war between Skyrim and Morrowind,or that some soldiers are attacking house of Redoran or something like that can't remember exactly.

I want to play as a Nord barbarian on a snow covered forest. That's why I choose Skyrim. Barbarians just don't fit in Summerset... neither do Nords.

Skyrim, the obviously Scandinavian influenced culture should be interesting.

skyrim for the win. i think the idea of a luscious green south and a bitter cold north with lots of mountainous terrain would make both make a small area seem bigger but a visually pleasing experience. Yay skyrim

Skyrim.
The way I see it, if it's in summerset, then the whole game is gonna be DAEDRA DAEDRA DAEDRA. They'll lose that somewhat unique nature and become too common.

And why would the game be "daedra daedra daedra" if it was in Summerset Isle?

EDIT: I could care less about a snowy tundra atmosphere like Skyrim. However, that might mean that TESVI would be set in Summerset Isle and imagine how advanced the graphics/physics/AI/animation would look then!

This is why I pick skyrim. :)

Yea I had plenty of daedra in Oblivion, I wouldn't want more.

I don't think that our current processors could do TES Summerset Isle justice at this point in time. However, skyrim could be represented with our current technology.

indeed

I don't think technology as it is can fairly depict the chrystal tower, or Alinor: being made out of insect wings and all. the "most beautiful city on Nirn" should be left for the last game: at that point they'll be able to do anything

same as above

Skyrim. I've written too many suggestions for the game assuming Skyrim for me to now not want it there. It's grown on me.

Summurset would be nice, to be sure, but I don't think that current tech could do the sprawling vertical metropolises justice. They need to do a lot more work using Umbra, as well as utilizing efficiency in how many NPCs can be rendered on screen at one time before they think about doing something of that urban scale.

Me too

If Skyrim, they need to know some stuff about northern lands:

-Dark winter days, midnight sun in summer
-Cold, but not all year!
-Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights (what has lore to say about them and their relation to magic? It's sun's rays after all)
-Cold should kill you, fur clothing and firewood are important to aquire before winter (or in high altitudes)
-Snow can be deep too(I dont yet know a single game with realistic snow, mainly being just white textures)
-There should be few argonians hanging around in winter
-Bears hibernate during winter

Yes please :)

You have a great point. Save Summerset for last! I would also love to see the Black Marsh. I envision it looking like the swamps of sadness from Neverending Story: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0kJsc_WsR4&feature=related

They should have bizarre creatures like Morla the Ancient one, too. Ever notice how there aren't any gigantic creatures (except for the daedra scene at the end of OB)

Skyrim should be in the next game, Summerset isle is to complex for the current processors, unless they use the cryengine then it might work, but the cryengine only works on PC at the moment and a lot of us would have to get new graphics cards :(
Also I've had enough of Daedra for the moment, they should leave Summerset till one of the last games and the last game should be the whole of Tamriel :hehe:

I voted Skyrim.

But i am not sure they should use it, unless the game is released in the next generation. If it is released to PC (ofcause) and the XBOX 360 and Playstation 3, Skyrim might not be the best choice. I say wait untill you can make a Skyrim, which will make the Morrowind fans eat their words about Skyrim just being a cold, borring, generic human province.

From where does everyone get the idea that Summuerset isle are to hard for Bethesda to do? Why would it be any different from the other provinces?

I mean i just love Cyrodill and it will be 200 years after Oblivion so a lot should have changed.

Neither. They should take TES3 and update it with TES4 graphics & slap TES 3.5 on the box. Break out the Dunmer spellsword Nerevarines and call it a night. :goodjob:

I'm wondering that too. Does it say it's very convoluted in architecture in the PGE 3rd edition? And where does it say Summerset has a lot of Daedra? http://www.imperial-library.info/mwbooks/varietiesoffaith.shtml says that the High Elf pantheon is: Auri-El, Trinimac, Magnus, Syrabane, Y'ffre, Xarxes, Mara, Stendarr, Lorkhan, Phynaster. Those aren't daedra, those are aedra.

I'm just thinking that Summerset Isle would look so much better if it had 2016 or 2018 graphics. We'd be in Windows 9 by then and our processors would be 5.4 Ghz. Boy, wouldn't that be sweet?

Probably. :P

No i liked Cyrodiil too... atleast in the start. but i would rather see a new province. Where did you get the idea that the game will take place 200 years after Oblivion?

So would Skyrim... thats why i think it might be a good idea to do that province later, if the game is gonna be released in this generation.

Persoanlly i'd like to see the game based across both Cyrodiil and Morrowwind. With some kind of mad story line that the last of the dwarfs have been hiding out in akavir and now there returning with an invading Akivirian army to reclaim there homeland of Morrowind and conquer tamriel (Morowwind being there reward for helping the Akivirians).
