Several months my computer had a problem and I lost about three quarters of my data. It was just after upgrading to Windows 8.Pro. I can no longer find anything tith that name nor steam1114 the name Skyrim has. I do have 700saves stored away. Steam after over a dozen finally sugested I log into steam and get the information by using the restore lost account. I did as was suggested and they sent me an email telling me the owner. Guess who is the owner "me". I need to find out how to get the password for steam1114 if there is one or at least use the game I am close to finish. Steam does not even have the game. I have not played it for a while maybe over a year. Please Help Gene Rademacher mailto:Gener1@comcast.net

Seems like the Steam customer support should be able to help you.
Because we do not know your password.

Sorry your post is really difficult to understand. You lost your password? You can't log in?

Its hard to say what you actually did, so lets start at the beginning:

If you aren't sure about the Steam account username, then at the Steam Login prompt, select Retrieve a lost account..., Now you need to select either: I don't know my account name or I know my account name. Since you cannot remember the account name, select the first option. Now you need to provide some information relevant to the Steam account, for example, an email address. On the next screen select, I remember the contact email address I used. Enter your email address on the next screen.

Steam will now send you an email with the Steam Account name, if the email account is associated with a Steam account. If you recieved the email, write down the account name and go back to the Steam login prompt, select Retrieve a lost account... option again, BUT select I know my account name option, enter the Steam account name and you'll get an email with a verification code and secret question, on the next screen you'll enter this information to reset the password.

This isn't rocket science, just follow the directions. If you don't know the secret question's answer then no one can help you.
