... That said, Sean Bean would make an amazing jarl of Whiterun :celebration:

Ugh. If I have to see him moaning his way through another medieval movie I'll barf.

You sir should leave the forums!!!
Super Mario Bros = The best thing that has happened to the movie industry!

You got that right. Best thing to happen in a while.

Also, Uwe Boll is a wonderful director, Stanley Kubrick was foolish, and reality TV should totally start influencing movies, Reality Movies!

As a writer I have a few ideas on what would be required to make it work as a movie:

Hire a director who is used to making fantasy movies or ones that require epic panoramic photography.
Heres a thought CO DIRECTED by Peter Jackson and Zhang Yimou

The script should be written by a screenplay writer and novelist together. That way they can bounce off each other regarding what should be in or out.
The novelist should be one that writes fantasy genre.

It should be 3 parts Morrowind Oblivion and Skyrim like Lord of the Rings.

It needs character actors like Alan Rickman, Johnny Depp and Christopher Lee... please do NOT add actors that make me cry in pain at their wooden performances

The people making it MUST see it as a class movie in its own right not a movie based on a Bethesda computer game....They must believe in it.

Weta Studios who have been involved in LotR and Avatar need to be involved in it....

Ok thats the important bits

Excellent points, i too had the trilogy in mind.

That's a horrible idea. If someone's going to make a movie based on TES, they should at least come up with a good story first.

Anyway, only decent video game movie i've seen was Silent Hill, and that's because it has it's own storyline inspired by, but separate from the games. And i say that as a Silent Hill fan of the games from 1 to 4 :hehe:

Some people lack imagination, having an open mind brings many possibilities.
