Preposterous idea. Just because it works as a game doesn't mean it would work as a movie. It's better to leave it at that.
Video game movies never turn out well. One: Games have too much content. Two: No director wants to be entirely loyal to the story, wants to create his own stuff. Third: Bethesda games' plots, being so open, would not fit into a movie.
