Toward the beginning of the trailer where they show first person view of the PC running, did anyone notice it being different than Oblivion? Seemed like the PC was shifting wight left and right, a bit of a bob. When running in Oblivionit is smooth. Or is it my imagination?

we believe that is part of the sprint button/ability/perk.

Skyrim's running looks way more ... realistic. Like if you're actualling running. I really liked that, and the panting sounds.
Sorry for these comments, watching the video now. So everyone notices what looks like DOF similar to OBGE DOF shaders in Oblivion? Nice if it part of the game.
The water looks pretty decent with the foaming of the quick running water.
If you want someone to look up to, look at how GI did the articles. They handled all that very well.
Yeah I know GI and Gameradar are my preferred news websites. I know all you guys are disappointed by IGN's coverage of TES but they probably have a generally more mainstream audience and are trying to speak in terms that the casual gamer will understand rather than going knee deep into the lore and making them not have a clue what is going on.
It's not all that bad. My favorite feature they pointed out was how gummy and reactive that head was when that axe descended upon it. Very messed up how realistic it was.
Yeah with a series such as Elder Scrolls with the deep lore and whatnot, it's kinda stupid for IGN to even attempt to inform anyone via anolysis lol. I say that and then realize that's the case with everything they mention.
I believe the College of the Bards is in Solitude unless my memory is mistaken or Beth did a Retcon. I think IGN got that one wrong but it was still entertaining.
I never noticed the NPC during the flyby of Markarth, however. I'd simply assumed they hadn't populated the town yet, but it seems like the place has a much larger scale than I thought. Interesting!
This is about all I got from this video. That really does put things into perspective though, the epic scale of things.
You don't have to be privy to all the little lore of the Elder Scrolls universe to do a rewind theatre. They did a very excellent job pointing out all of the little details. Be honest, none of you would have seen a lot of that stuff had it not been for IGN.
