Considering rolling a new character and using Skyrim Unbound. I have one issue, the character will be non-Dragonborn yet it would be nice to have a fully intact Skaal village with all the villagers and misc quests available for RP purposes. I was wondering if this is at all possible without becoming Dragonborn as I assume they will all be at the Wind Stone under Miraak's spell? Is there anyway around this without advancing any of the main quest or Dragonborn main quest and without the console or would I have to resort to using the console? I'm not sure if the mod has taken the Skaal villagers into account or not. Cheers
