Do the mods in the title work together? I installed them both, and nothing is broken and I don't get CTDs, but testing "by hand" to see if the balance works is very tedious. Basically, I'm trying to get the unscaled world from Skyrim Unleashed, but also I wanted to give NPCs perks like NPC Overhaul advertizes.

A way to try to test if they were both working seemed to me to be to test armor rating values, where if the NPCs really have working perks, installing the NPC overhual should make armor wearing NPCs more resistant to damage. It's very hard to test this though. Is there a console command to check what perks NPCs have?
