Lets say something went horribly wrong and the game was half erased or something and Bethesda made a announcement that the game will be out in 11-11-12.

Nah, don't be rediculous! Bethesda wouldn't delay Skyrim until 11-11-12... idiot. :banghead:

It would also prove my belief that games should be just about finished or completely finished before announcing a release date. That way garbage like Duke Nukem Forever would never get released. It would be far less stressful on game developers, and we wouldn't have to play half made games, like Dragon Age II where there are two or three basic dungeons and all the side quest take place in the same ones. And Bethesda could release at least one game that isn't very buggy.

Play Gears 3, BF3, Space Marine, ME3 (I'm going to borrow it from a friend), Halo: CE Anniversary. Not to mention all the free to play games coming out. I'd be dissappointed, but if they delayed the game because they wanted to do more with it, I'd be happy with their decision.

If they delayed it for a year to put attributes back in, add more skills, double the map size, add separate armour pieces, and in general undo a lot of the streamlining and hand-holding... i'd be happy.

I would relax, since I wont be pressured to decide what games to play over the next couple of months. I will be able to take my time with BF3 and Bioshock. And be able to play some xbla games.

But with Skyrim coming out in November, I really dont know what I am going to do. :sadvaultboy:

Spell Combining
Separated armor
Beast Legs.
Armor Degrade
Werewolves and other lycanthropes
Dismemberment
Locational Damage
Spears
Crossbows
Throwing Weapons
Weighted and Valued items (No more zero weight carrots and zero value spoons)
Subspecies
Body changing (Fat, Height, etc., not just the amount of muscle)
I may add more…

The thing I love about RPG fans is that they're so reasonable. They can't take a game with thousands of hours of content, and say it's great.

No, they have to demand the developer adds in every little thing that can possibly change the game, that each individual player wants. Because if it's not in, the game is dumbed-down, steamlined, not a real RPG, or a FPS.

Yep, RPG fans are the most reasonable bunch alive.
