I want an achievement for completing the main quest or the thieves guild quests and not spending any time in prison - having an achievement for being caught and sent to prison seems weak to me

No new information really revealed here, he was being a bit evasive around some parts. Understandable with E3 just round the corner

He did however completley blank the question about whether or not it wlll all fit onto one disc, just pointing out.

Honestly, I believe the disc questions to be kind of dumb.

well, damn... not a single question i asked was chosen, and i made them so spoilers shouldnt be involved in answers...

one thing i really wanted to know about was the dragons' attacks on towns... what would it mean for the people, economy, your house in the town, etc...

oh well... maybe E3 will answer my questions...

some new info, some things avoided... he didnt mention the hand-to-hand skill being removed at all, just the same old stuff we heard a thousand times before in the removed skills question...

it is nice to have 100% confirmation that absolutely anything the NPCs are seen doing, we can do now... definitely gonna have to make atleast one character and try roleplaying a normal townsperson, maybe go hunting for food and stuff.

True, no new information but it was a good read.

Remember though that this is another Q&A. Not the BethForums Questions. That comes after E3

Anyways, I'm dying to know if Vampires and Werewolves are in the game. Werebores would be epic too.

Now this wouldn't be boring at all. Actual information I am looking forward to.

This is not the skyrim fan interview from the thread where we posted our questions.

The answers to those questions will be posted on the bethblog after E3.

Yes I think his total avoidance of the question speaks volumes.

What does it say to you, that Skyrim won't be on one DVD?

It says to me that they haven't decided. It is probably at least almost too big for 1 DVD and they haven't decided whether to cram it onto one DVD or whether it will require 2.

maybe they are looking at different compression software.

@SamuelBacklin No. Should be one

I suppose that settles that question.

Do you think it's remotely possible for Bethesda to include 2048x2048 PC textures if everything is on one DVD?

DA2 released an official high res texture pack and it was a few GB download, and I'm pretty sure they weren't 2048x2048 textures.

Hopefully Bethesda will release some kind of official high res texture pack that is better optimized than the third party texture mods. They really seem to reduce loading times.

The ambiguity about the number of discs is a little scary... but I'm sure it'll be on one disc.

Ive read much of this info but I hadn't heard about the ecology or seen confirmation on the crafting and jobs portion. Can't wait to see the gameplay demo at e3 and even more excited now for the release. Pretty nice q/a session here.

Its nearly implausible for a game that is set up like Skyrim to be on multiple discs. Unless of course they make use of the install feature for Xbox and the 2nd disc just puts content onto your hardrive but I don't see them alienating the market like that. Just think, at what point would the game ask you to put in the 2 nd disc? Presuming it would be set up like Mass effect 2 and once you reach a point in the main story the game switches to a new disc with all the first discs content still intact.

Micro$oft won't let games for the 360 have mandatory installs due to them having an arcade version of the 360 (only a 4GB HDD). So, unless something has changed, it'll probably be on one disc.

I hope that "compression software" doesn't end up being just cutting out content, instead.
