So I've gone and packed the files into a bsa, named the bsa the EXACT same name as my .esp and launched Skyrim. None of the resources are loaded into the game.

I've tried packing my bsas using Archive, BSAopt, DDSopt, none of these methods work.

I've made a bsa before that loaded just fine so why am I having troubles now? Did an update break something again or is there a new way to get the game to load bsas?

I thought all you had to do to get them to load was have an esp with the same name as the bsa. In this case my esp actually does have content and isn't just a dummy.

Help would be appreciated.
