Skyrim Vs. Zelda : V

I think it's pretty hilarious when you see Zelda [censored] stating that Skyward Sword will get GOTY 2011 over Skyrim. If there are any Zelda [censored] on here, you gotta face the facts. Zelda games are dated, boring and [censored], and they only get decent reviews cause Nintendo pays off reviewers. I haven't had fun playing a zelda game since N64. Zelda = Demon Soul's for kids. Anyone else seeing comments on IGN promoting zelda over Skyrim. Do you laugh as much as me at this idiocy?

I love Zelda, I grew up playing them and they are some of the nest games ever made. I think Skyrim will be better but to say Skyward Sword will be [censored] is stupid imo.

It's hard to compare games, even more difficult to compare games of different genres, as there are different strokes. I can't stand castle defense games and don't see why they're huge, but some people swear by them.

The last Zelda game i 100% was Majora's Mask and it was awesome... I played twilight princess but didn't really like it. Honestly i don't like JRPG's at all but Zelda is definitely the best JRPG.

Zelda being dated is more of a fact, I'd say. They haven't changed any gameplay elements in over 10 years and the graphics look pretty much the same as an N64.
