Well this is new, picked up another hd an wiped out out all skyrim and steam files, all of them and did a regestry clean as well. Reinstalled steam and Skyrim on the new hd. No need to worry about UAC anymore, right? Well now this happens, when I start the game using SKSE it shows up in a small box in the corner of my screen. I am running MO, SKSE, and LOOT. Windows 8.1 OS. I have checked and its suppose to run in full screen, 1400x900 res. This is not even windowed mode though, way smaller. Any ideas what could be causing this?

And for clarification, I don't have any mods installed, this is all vanilla.
