Considering they are still using the word 'Port' and that it requires all the games to work, I imagine this is still a major no-no.

We can't allow discussion when it's using assets from other games, including our own. If the game is using textures, meshes, etc from Morrowind, Oblivion, discussion will be closed in these forums. That's always been our policy on the matter and it hasn't changed.

Assets should be ones available from Skyrim or new assets. All new assets inspired by Morrowind would be fine.
