Loved the episodes I saw so far. Specially the humor. But I'm not sure if I can trust what Ichabod says about "what really happened in the revolution"

I watched the first full season and really did enjoyed it... But never really gotten into season 2.

I gave up on the show when on episode 4 he was still wearing his colonial era clothing. The first thing his lady cop friend would do would be to get him into modern clothing so that she wouldn't have to explain him all the time.

You should give it a try, it's pretty good. Lots of twists and turns in the plot line. It's a very well written show.
