I'm not sure if i'm doing something wrong or what, but my frost spell's slow effect and slow poisons do not affect targets at all. Actually in some cases my poisons of slow 50% increase the speed of the targets that get poisoned. Can someone help me out here? Appreciate it.

Weird. Does this happen on all enemies or only certain ones?
