So I reinstalled windows and got firefox all set up with all my lovely addons, except... now the BSF's are back to how they are originally!! All the brown and transparency and slow slow scrolling is driving me insane!!

I have a temp monitor up and just by scrolling the forums brings my temps up 5-6degree's cel ( ~60% cpu usage, yuck!!)

I had this script by someone here that improved things using the stylish addon for FF but I no longer have it Has anyone found a fix for this yet and is willing to share the secret? (and no, I dont want to use the IP.board setting, its horrendous to look at)

Aside from using one of the smooth scrolling addons from Firefox, the best thing I can say is to search through http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1081516-forum-style-alterations/. Hopefully you'll find what you are looking for.

Thanks, but they didnt work too well I managed to find my old script though!
