All, not sure if this is a bug.

I learned the slow time shout and and just recovered the crown as part of the Stormcloacks quest line. The word well at the end of the dungeon tries to teach me eternity, which then does not show up as an acquired shout. I understand that eternity is the third part of this shout. Should I skip this word wall and go someplace else to learn the second? Any advice is appreciated.
