I guess I can't provide you enough information to help me, but nevertheless I should try.

When I use a potion that is suppose to slow the time, instead it slows me and makes the enemies very fast.
My load order is huge, it's build around skyre, but there's a ton of other mods there. I tried to isolate the conflict by deactivating mods one by one, but I guess the potion is already made buggy, because I end up with only the official dlcs and skyre and it is still buggy
