I would love it maybe even a hunter quest to kill a bunny :teehee:

Certainly wouldn't hurt anything and just adds a bit of scenery. My real dream is to actually have birds in the game that move/act like them no game has yet to do that mainly because it adds very little for more work.

Eh, perhaps something other than the butterflies in Oblivion would be nice, I guess. But it doesn't really matter to me...really... at all.

Psshh, Boris, go make rabbit-stew out of it.

(That's the line, isn't it? :P I haven't seen that movie in years.)

I think some squirrels or something to its equivalent scurrying about could be cool, kind of like a false alarm that makes you 'jump' in some instances while playing alone at night. :bonk:

I think something to that effect. I haven't seen it in a long time either. I just remember the fluffy, white, little, innocent bunny sitting on top of a large pile of human bones, with various bones strewn about the pit. lol

"Awgh... I soiled my armor, I was so scared." ... "RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY :ahhh:

I really hope so.

Birds are in, and fish, so I think it would be reasonable. Plus, they seem to be taking a lot from Red Dead, so they'll probably add some critters.

I want that stuff and I would also love to see some different insects. In ruins and caves a few different things like beetles and stuff would add to the atmosphere. Remember the first Half-Life had those little skittering insects in some places, which you could trod on and kill... ahhh the memories. Nowadays most games just add a few butterflies and that's it from the insect world.

This is a fantastic idea. I have always wondered what wolves ate besides the random deer or the PC.

I feel like it would hurt me. i.e. Doing an important quest. See a bunny run by me. Chase it for hours and watch the cuteness. :flamethrower: .

I think it'd be great myself. That was one of the things I missed from Morrowind. Though the "small animals" were Scrib, the concept was still there - this mostly harmless thing that you just come across from time to time wandering around the countryside. I would've liked to have seen things like that in Oblivion, instead of every single thing coming after me no matter what. I'd still like to see them in Skyrim, so hopefully the concept will make a return.

It would be nice if we get those.
If we do, I'll collect bunch of them (somehow) on my farm and then PUT THEM ALL IN THE BOILING POT OF WATER, COOK THEM AND EAT THEM, MYEHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAAA!!! :chaos:
Seriously though, since cooking is now something we can do (if I'm not wrong), I think that those small animals would really help chefs like me and would make world look more lively.

Yes please.

It'd be cool if they weren't just for ambience purposes: how about a Red Dead Redemption-style hunting system?

This was discussed in another topic very recently and I think it's a great idea. I think there should be a greater number of smaller docile animals, but I especially want song birds. We've already seen that birds are in the trailer, and song birds are the most prevelent form of life in many landscapes, including the forest areas like we've scene in the game.

*cough*deer*cough*

I wouldn't mind seeing some variety in the local harmless life. It would be cool, in my opinion.

Only if I can burn them. They could be a last resort for a starving vampire. If they are only there for aesthetic purposes like the Oblivion butterflies then no.

I don't. Rats are classic enemies in the series. Things wouldn't be the same if they were downsized.

We could call them Giant Rats.
