im looking for a small little house mod for balmora that would look reasonable for a new char that just got off the boat about an in-game week ago, like something thats not a huge castle or fancy 4 story mansion. im looking for a 1 or 2 room small crappy apartmentesque type house, does anyone have any suggestions? i would build one in the CS but i dont have any clue how to do exteriors, im getting really good at interiors though haha

Its scope might be more than what you want because it adds homes all over the game, not just Balmora, but they are so well done that they just fit right in to where ever they are as if they were part of the original game with just a touch of uniqueness. It really gives you that "step off the boat and blend right into the game world" feeling.

and ive also decided to add and apartment to the downstairs of the eight plates as a kinda begin game house, if i like the finished product enough i might upload it it PES for other people who are looking for something similar, but it probabaly wont be done for another 3 days or so.

EDIT: i just read the despscription for homes to let, thank you thank you thank so so so much this is exactly what im looking for, because now when i feel like its time to move up to a newer fancier house i can! :celebration:
