Finally found the answers to the suit:
A- Will the Suit live forever. Technically the suit is not alive, it cannot move on its own and therefore its useless without a host. However the "SECOND" or the near sentient computer onboard is symbiotic. All hosts wearing it will leave a full imprint of their psycologic patterns in the suit.

So yes the suit is a sci fi generational archive. As many people wear the suit as many personalities will be merged together to form a new one.
Reason for the suit "not living" forever is that the suit for all of its advances cannot do something the human brain can. Although the brain cannot process hundreds of thousands of times as much data as a computer the brain its still the only computer that can anolyze things with both emotion and practical sides of the equation.

B- Did the Suit Heal Alcatraz's wounds: Simply answered... some of them
To be more prescice as to how the individuals inside the suit are referred to as "dead Man walking". Literally is not that the term "human" is thrown out the window, literally all the suit needs to function is a working brain, and "working" is a very WIDE spectrum.

On to the main point. Alcatraz lungs are nearly gone. One is collapsed unsavageable. the other has too much blood to allow air passage. in conclusion Alcatraz has lost all ability to intake air via his lungs. The suit inject oxygens directly into his blood stream.

=Heart, nearly gone, most of the circulation is done by the suit

=Multiple fractures to vital bones, mostly the spine. This is the only wounds that the suit was "technically" able to heal, by filling in the gaps. Mind you they are still big gaps.

= His voice. Gone. His vocal cords mostly destroyed, and unsalvageable. His suit "electronic" voice box. Or what you have in your pc that you play with typing stuff like "i love pie" and is the weird voice comes up. that voice has been replaced by the imprint of the mind merges of Prophet and ALcatraz. Innititally the voice sounds like prophet, in the end sounds nearly as him. So by the pattern it will eventually be a combination of both alcatraz's and Prophet's voice pattern that will produce the final voice.

No alcatraz doesn't talk. The suit has bypassed the vocal cords and directly tapped into his nervous system.
AKA he thinks about talking the computer uses that to simulate a complete human reproduction through its own speakers.

In the end the suit cannot heal what the body could not in the very long term. It can fill in the gaps or bypass the entire organic system of that process entirely. AKA pumpin oxygen directly into the blood stream

-What to do with the piss... sweat... poop, farts. etc etc etc etc.
Is used for energy pretty much. The suit has an ample range of sources it can gather energy from.

From solar to kinetic, to natural gas.

PS Alcatraz has a probe up his ass... literally the suit probed him to more effectively use his waste as energy.
Suit can gather
-Natural
-Kinetic
-Solar
-Normal electric output plugs in commercial centers or houses. ALthough this last method tends to short out the block if not multiple blocks surrounding his "recharge" center.
-Dead Bodies

Unclear whether the last is related to the nano catalysts or certain protein minerals found in the human body. Not specific about the last source.

m3h. Dont find the comparison accurate. I understand why some might think about it but. The Suit needs a ....semi working body to survive. it can't keep the brain alive on its own. It needs the glands the circulatory system and other things to work though.

Isn't Nanosuit 2.0's voice that of Prophets?

Little innacurate... but basically the voice works in the same way as the thoughts. They are merging the wearer with whomever wore it last.

After the middle fo the game you could make the case it begins to sound like him. hell you still could at the beginning. Without spoilers though no. The voice at first is pc, middle pc/prophet , later prophet.

Some from the pattern most likely it will end up being: prophet/alcatraz followed by completely new voice mixing both prophets and alcatraz's voice patterns.

Can the suit play "Top 20 Hits from the 80's featuring Queen"?

I need to know before I purchase one.

If this is true then they must be talking in a high pitched voice because, they got a probe up their arses.

Doubt it would be... erm too thick. Doubt alcatraz coudl move like he does with a probe as we know it up his ass lol.

I have to disagree with some points, when Lockhart disables your suit( when your in the cradle ), you can hear Alcatraz breathing ( possibly lungs repaired by the suit ), and you hear the heart beating in other parts of the game(when you fall out of the building and land on the CELL soldier, sounds like a normal heart beat to me, until it stops and you have to defibrilate.. lol

The Suit pumps blood for him. The pumping nevertheless causes contraction and dialation of the arteries which resembles some of the sound.

Everything from him inhaling and the feeling of his chest getting bigger, to his heart pumping, is the memories of prophet being merged into his own.

Example: Prophet's lungs response to a defribilator are to take in air, but he can't his aren't working. Alcatraz thinks he is intaking air and feeling it course through his lungs. While its actually a memory of prophet that he is sensing.

ANything he feels, is a collection of his memories and prophet's. Is another reason why they are called dead man walking. The suit is design to perfect the brain's power to anolyze problems at the peak of human condition. And so in order to not have a soldier panic because he knows he just lost his lung, the suit replicates the feeling and tells the brain the lungs are working fine and are there. Thus the suit fools the brain into a stable state of concentration. To do this it has to keep sending the brain signals and telling it "everything is fine focus on the task at hand" while the suit tries to make up for w/e is lost.
