Small Town Chaos


Mt. Vernon, Missouri, 2281. Out west the NCR and Caesar's Legion are fighting over Hoover Dam. But that has nothing to do with this RP. A group of Raiders and Slavers have taken over the lower half of Missouri. This including our town. Your group guards the town of Mt. Vernon. A small town before the Great War, having only a 1000 people. The town has become a slaver paradise. The entire town is a slave post. Your group is part of a larger group called "The Killers" The Killers were almost killed to the point of extinction by the Brotherhood of Steel. The Killers were nothing but a bunch of junkies looking for their next fix or their next kill. In 2270 they found a slaver group that needed to have guards. In return The Killers were given food, shelter, drugs, and manpower.

As the years went by, the group got larger. By 2275, the group had became the largest raider gang to come out of the Midwest. By 2280, The Killers controlled the lower half of Missouri. The Slavers had been absorbed into their group. The Killers had became rich off of selling slaves to the Slavers in the Washington D.C. They have also been selling slaves to Caesar's Legion. But with power comes jealously and corruption. The many power vacuums The Killers had always resulted in one of the Raider leaders keeping control. The link with the slavers is getting weaker and weaker. Your group will be thrown into a trap by the slavers. Your groups goal becomes survival and getting out of Mt. Vernon. My character is the leader of the group. There is no evil or good in this RP, your goal is to get out of here. Some of you will get separated from the main group, but if you do you will have at least one person with you. This is a group RP, there will be some run and gunning but again the main focus is survival and staying with the group.

Biography: When Andrew was born he wasn't given a name. When he was 5, he was forced into training by someone named Ragnar. By the time Andrew was 15, he had already killed someone. And had done it without anyone knowing. By 17 he had [censored] someone, he was a raider by heart. He didn't care about what other people thought, he just did. He is all instict and skill. He knows how to control people. Either by power or by talk. His current group was tough and knew how to handle themselfs. When he was told to guard Mt. Vernon, he was glad. He was born and trained there. He knows it well. Andrew always had problems with slavers, his mother was a slave and his father was a slaver. Of course his mother was killed when he was borned and he was raised to the age of 5 by his father. Who beat him, therefore giving him a violent mind. Now he is short-fused and is ready to go off at any minute. But he's respected in The Killers by many, as he led it before stepping down for another person. That person gave Andrew control over squads. This squad is new to him and he can't seem to remember any of them if he had seen them before.

Name: Sam “One-eye” Griffin

Race: Caucasian with a hint Asian Ancestry

Age: 30

Skills: speech/barter, Guns and Repair

General Appearance: Sam is 6’2 with a slight athletic built. Sam is clean shaven with short Black hair with somewhat pale skin. Sam natural eye colour is Navy blue however, Sam is Blind in his left eye thus causing it to be white, Underneath the eye is a small scar also causes by the attack.

Armor: A worn and used Black pre-war suitthathasbeenReinforced/ repaired in several places with Metal & combat platesand a bandolier. Black shirt and dirty white tie but are remarkably good condition compared to the suit and pants. Sam also wears Combat Boots and (broken) Aviator sunglasses.

Sam also has a Matching Black fedora but does not have it with him at this time

Weapons: Sam main weapon is an M1928A1 Thompson submachine gun at some point he will pick up a sidearm. Sam also carries a bloodstained Switchblade that blinded him. Gear/Misc: Satchel that contains Sam’s tools & parts along with several boxes of .45 ACP ammo.

Biography: Unlike most raiders Sam was born in 2251 to a merchant couple living in small town the upper half of Missouri and had somewhat of a “Normal” childhood and by the time he was 23 he had taken over his father shop.

Being up north Sam’s town was only rarely attacked by raider or slavers so became a somewhat succesful Business man that all changed three days after Sam’s 26 birthday….

A new trader moved to town and started stealing Sam’s business, then one Sam found him damaging his store and killed him. Scared and frighten of what would happen Sam ran away and joined a raider gang…

Being one of few educated people in the gang (and not high,sinceSam did not often take durgs) Sam was charged with maintaining the raider gear and began rather good and repairing weapons and armour.

A few months later the gang raided a “Wax Museum” were they found a bunch of different per-war Suits and Tommy guns, which they used to wipe out several small gangs.

By 2279, The Gang had merged with the Killers,not being a druggieSam was going leave by was “convinced” by two female raiders to stay, one of which became his “girl” until her death several month later, due to an overdose of Med-x…

About a week ago, Sam made a deal with a slaver to repair a rifle yet the slave never paid… So instead of getting Payment from him, he decided to get “Payment” from his Bombshell of a wife…

The slaver caught them in act and attacked Sam, stabbing him in the eye with his switchblade before Sam was able to get away; his wife was not so lucky….

Name: Johnny "Sane" Greene

Age: 28

Skills: Guns, Intimidation, Psychotic Rage. The only thing Johnny has ever been taught to do and the only thing he is any good at is killing so he has spent his whole life learning how to be a more efficient killer.

General Appearance: Johnny is 6 foot tall, weighs 85kg and has very short cut dark brown hair. He is usually clean shaven and has dark brown eyes with tanned skin, he is visibly muscular but not overly so, he has a scar that runs across the bridge of his nose, if he ever takes off his tank top it can be seen that he has numerous small stab and cut wounds from his time as a "cage" fighter. He has Bold Dragon Type words tatted on the back his neck that read LOCO. The tattoo can always been seen but is partially covered by Johnny's face bandana.

Johnny see's the world as his personal playground; he cares little for caps, much preferring the action, violence and survival that comes with being a raider. He feels no remorse for killing his enemies, thinking of murdering those who stand in his way as a hobby. Johnny is thought of as a psycopath among even the most ruthless raiders; even earning him the nickname Sane. Despite this Johnny has a decent reputation among the other raiders; he would happily kill a dozen men if it meant his survival. Johnny is generally a positive person, especially when in a fight; he is rarely seen without a grin on his face while his AK-47 is in his arms. He is known to think on the spot, never thinking about the outcome of his actions before he acts on them.

Example of Johnny’s Personality: After killing a small group of rival raider’s one day Johnny began approaching the only wounded survivor with a massive grin spread across his face; his large blade gripped in his hand. The terrified survivor knowing he was about to die shouted; “You’re [censored] loco man! Three seconds later Johnny’s blade entered his skull. Once getting back to town Johnny had LOCO tattooed on the back of his neck, finding out from another raider that it meant insane.

Armor: Johnny wears a black tank top with woodland camo pants and black combat boots, he also wears a white bandana which is always tied around his neck. A bandolier in which he keeps any spare ammo for his Type 93 AR is tied around his torso.

Weapons: Type 93 Chinese Assault Rifle that he keeps strapped to his back and a combat knife that hangs at his hip.

Biography: Johnny was born in Missouri; his father a rather well known mercenary and his mother a slave his father had killed the master of. He told the slave girl he would stay and protect her in in the town until the kid was born but after that she was on her own. When young Johnny was finally born his devious mother fled town; leaving young Johnny in the room his father had rented them, much to the dismay of his father.

His father stayed with him in the small raider town, every day drilling the fact into Johnny that the only thing that mattered in life was survival. He made Johnny fight the teenage boy slaves that were often brought through the town; telling him that if he lost the fight he would swap him for the slave he fought. There were a few close calls but after a couple of fights Johnny knew this would become a regular event as his father started making money off his fights.

He asked the biggest man he could find; a slaver by the name of Phintias how he fought so well and became so big. On the agreement of his father handing over a bunch of caps Phintias began training Johnny in the art of hand to hand killing; he fought in the Slave Pitt for the next eight years. Eventually beating the huge son of a head Slaver to death. After three assassination attempts Johnny decided he would have to leave. Grabbing his father’s AK-47 he walked into the local bar and over to the table where all the slavers sat in which worked for the dead man's father. He sprayed the table, murdering all of them.

He returned to his shack, his father now awake having heard the gunfire so close; his father became enraged realizing what had happened; the small town was his home and now he would have to flee, in a rage he pulled his .38 revolver and aimed it at his son’s forehead. Screaming that he had been nothing but a curse he squeezed the trigger. The click was deafening in the shack; he had forgotten to pull the hammer back. Johnny lifted the AK-47 and sprayed; a dozen bullets slamming into his father’s torso. Staring down at his fathers corpse; Johnny surprised himself with how little emotion he felt for killing his father, eventually realizing what love he had for him had died years ago.

Johnny fled the town; eventually falling in with a gang of raiders. With no caps or food and a rather large price on his head out in the desert Johnny had little choice but to join them in their violent life style; Johnny again surprised himself with the fact that he enjoyed the violent way of life. The group of raiders he was in eventually were absorbed into the killers and he has stolen, tortured, pillaged and killed for them for many years, enjoying nearly every bit of it.

Name: Kristina (Kitty) Carrigan

Race: Caucasian

Age: 23 born October 30, 2258

Skills: Explosives, Sneak, and Speech

General Appearance: Kitty has chin length, sandy blonde hair with a small patch over her right ear that will not grow due to scarring. She has delicate cheek bones, light freckles on her cheeks and nose with Hazel colored eyes. Her nose is crooked from being broken several times, it sits slightly to the right, and has an obvious scar in the center of her lower lip. Kitty is skinny, 5'3" between 90 and 100 pounds, partly due to her chem habits. She has long legs for her height, scarring on her knees and a scar that goes from her belly button to the left side of her rib cage. It sinks in, as her lowest rib was broken and not set properly. Due to her chem use, she often thinks of herself as a cat with her more than adequate sneak abilities, therefore she paints three small black lines on top of each cheek like whiskers.

Armor: Modified Painspike armor, mainly modded because she lacks a large chest like most other female Raiders. Instead of the usual short "bootie" armor, she wears camo cargo pants padded in the knees and hips. Some metal plating is strapped over her shins, and she has made leather bracers for her forearms with metal studs. On her hands are the rings she has taken from slaves who were under her watch, they aid in cutting skin when she finds herself at fisticuffs with someone. If entering combat, she wears a bandoleer with five frag grenades securely strapped to it.

Weapons: Five frag grenades, 9mm pistol with laser dot "pointer" sight, and a combat knife.

Biography: Kitty was born on Devil's night 2258, south of Old County Road 2133, or as it was also called according to an ancient atlas, Interstate I-44. After nine months of her father Jake forcing chems upon a slave woman, Kitty was born an addict, and because of such, is prone to tantrums and acts out. Awhile after Kitty was born, Jake sold her mother, and took to raising his child in the ways of a Raider. Kitty developed much more slowly than most children, not walking until she was just about two years old from the damage done before she was even born. Her body, and parts of her mind have finally caught up with her age, but the damage done to her brain from years of chem abuse causes her to do strange things.

Jake, like most Raiders, was an hostile individual, so Kitty to keep from getting into trouble, would sneak around most of the time causing mischief and blaming others. As she got older, Kitty developed a second love, big, fiery booms. Kitty particularly enjoyed toking on some Smooch and blowing up the many Chryslus vehicles that lay dead on the arid landscape. Smooch didn't come cheap, so she learned to talk the price down, and or, barter with her body to get her fix. Smoking the pungent product was better than sticking Med-X and Psycho needles in her arm, which she isn't beyond doing anyways.

Kitty learned the art of seduction from an older Raider woman, Veronica that Jake had taken up with. Veronica often referred to it as, Black Widow, and Kitty soaked up all of the information. Not so much for survival, but to aid in getting what she needed to curb her withdrawals. One of the more comedic things she would do brought much laughter from the Raiders who watched the slaves at night. They would let Kitty in the women's slave pens at night where she would prowl on all fours, sneaking up behind unsuspecting slaves and pouncing on them. She would bat at them opened handed with her fingers folded, like a kitten playing with a ball of yarn. She would mew and lick their faces, the slaves were afraid to retaliate because of the armed Raiders standing by laughing. She got many a chem "entertaining" the guards, more if she mauled the slaves provocatively. The guards got her to paint, small black lines for whiskers on her cheeks before she would do it, something she thought was cute and now does all the time.

Though she is not worth a whole lot in combat, at least once she has used up her grenades, she is capable of getting into places undetected. When she has the parts to assemble a bottle cap mine, or Nuka grenade, that can be bad for their foes. Of course this all is in conjunction with her dependency on chems, if she is going into a withdrawal state, she fades into a violent conniption fit that more often than not, ends up with her injured. Jake insisted she start carrying the 9mm pistol for such cases, because of her petite size, she punches like a mosquito. The rings that she wears help little, but they do cause lacerations on her opponents face.

Despite her outlandish actions, Kitty does realize the tensity of certain situations, and adjust herself to accommodate the task put forth before her to the best of her abilities.


Tycho the wanderer

Name: Jorge "Cazador" Garcia

Race: Hispanic

Age: 34

Skills: Guns, Sneak, Survival

General Appearance: A Hispanic man with a small build, only about 5' 7'' tall and weighing about 150 lbs. His excessive chem use may be the reason for his smaller build, as well as his sunken eyes and stressed face. He is muscular due to his hunter lifestyle, and also due to certain chems that he takes.

Armor: Modified Badlands armor, with a satchel and bandoleer, as well as cut up chunks of camouflage fabric tied loosely around the armor. He often wears sunglasses or darkened biker goggles, along with a camo colored bandana.

Weapons: A .22 hunting rifle with scope; a .44 magnum at his side and a Bowie knife (only a few rounds for the magnum, he carries it just in case something large attacks him that can't be brought down by a .22) He usually has around 25 .22 rounds on his person at all times, as the small rounds are lightweight and easy to tuck away into the various pouches on his bandoleer.
other items: any chems he can get his hands on, preferably psycho, and an old lighter.

Biography: Jorge was born to a slave mother and a raider scout father. Not much is known about his mother because his father abandoned her after she gave birth to Jorge. Upon seeing that the child was a boy, Jorge's father decided to raise him in the ways of the hunter, or "cazador" in the language his parents taught him.

Jorge lived in a raider settlement until he was seven, then his father decided it was time to take him on his first hunt. The first few years of hunting with his father were years where Jorge was only observing, and learning survival and stealth skills. When Jorge turned 11, his father taught him how to use firearms, especially rifles. Jorge's first kill was a small radscorpion, but it wasn't long before he was taking on much larger prey.

Jorge's father was a scout and hunter for the various raider tribes he lived with, and what he hunted sometimes included humans. Anything that could be a threat had to be killed, but Jorge's father would also kill just for "target practice." He lived for the hunt, testing his stealth and survival skills against the wasteland and it's inhabitants, and this lifestyle translated over to Jorge.

Jorge also took on his father's chem habits, using psycho, med-X, and anything else he could get his hands on. Even when his father died of chem overdose, Jorge could not bring himself to quit his addiction, in fact he began to use even more chems to deal with the loss of his father.

Jorge took his father's place in the group of raiders that they were a part of at the time, but after a while he moved on and began to wander from place to place, joining new groups of raiders and attacking anything within rifle range that he and his fellow raiders could loot, eat, or rob. He eventually became a member of the Killers, offering his skills as a hunter and sniper, while being promised plenty of chems. He is now 34 years old, and considered one the best marksmen around. Some say its the psycho, but either way he has earned himself the nickname of "cazador."

4: No ubering, you are not going to take out a dozen enemies without getting a single scratch, be realistic.
