[REL] Smart Crosshair

Hello, long time no see. This is a little mod I've thrown together for myself yesterday, and the idea is that it alters the behavior of the crosshair so that it hopefully becomes smarter and more immersive. If you're familiar with those mods, Smart Crosshair basically compacts the functionality of Hrnchamd's Third Person Crosshair mod, Yacoby's Ownership Indicator mod, and the "crosshair autohide" option in MGE XE.

That is to say, Smart Crosshair has the following features:

- The crosshair can be present in both first person and third person views

- The crosshair only appears when needed: by default it's visible while you're looking at an object that's either lootable or interactable, while you're having a ranged weapon drawn, and while you're having a spell readied

- The crosshair stays on screen for a short period after it's no longer needed and then disappears

- The crosshair changes texture when you're looking at an object that's owned by someone to indicate you're about to steal something

Smart Crosshair is customizabe via the in-game console, and you can set the following options:

- Set when the crosshair appears in first person mode (available options: 0 - never; 1 - interacting with objects and using ranged weapons; 2 - interacting with objects and using ranged weapons or spells; 3 - interacting with objects and using any weapon or spell; 4 - always)

- Set when the crosshair appears in third person mode (same options available as above)

- Set the duration the crosshair stays on screen after it's no longer needed (default: 2 seconds)

The mod requires MGE or MGE XE with the internal MWSE enabled.

See the readme in the archive for more details.

Currently my website is a mess so I didn't upload this there. For the time being you can download it from Wolflore:
