I met Smiling Larry, offered him to set up shop at Sanctuary and he agreed no problems. I go back and wait for him to arrive to assign him to the booth but he never shows, even after sleeping and waiting for 2 days.

I went back to the save before the fast travel to escort Larry if I had to, but he just patrols the area around where he spawned and never leaves for my settlement. When I talk to him again the dialog to ask him to my settlement is not offered now.

Any one else have issues like or solutions?
