Should I be able to smith the Masque of Clavicus Vile? On the armor enhance table the Masque is not listed even greyed out. If I don't have the right crafting material it should be greyed out and tell me what material is needed. But the item is not even listed.

Edit: I have the smithing perk for smithing enchanted items and confirmed it works on enchanted items

Normally, you can't smith daedric items, or any special/quest items.


There are mods that do allow you to craft anything, though.
