Sneak attack criticals just plummeted with v1.4 patch?

Hey, my game just updated to v 1.4.132 and Sneak attack criticals with silenced weapons just plummeted from x3.6(or was it x3.8?) to x3. I've got Deacon's Cloak & Dagger perk for +20%, level four of the Guns & Bullets perk for +20%(+5% per level?) and level three of Sandman for +50% on silenced weapons.



Anyone know that the math is supposed to be on this? Which number is right?

They fixed the inconsistency in how the sneak attack bonuses stacked with the different perks, it would appear that the higher bonuses – 6.3x was the maximum with Ninja, Mr Sandman and C&D – were not supposed to be achievable, and the maximum you can get now is 4.8x



There were a couple of threads about it in the beta forum, but of course they've disappeared along with that forum now that the patch is out of beta...



Anyway I was peeved enough to make a http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10456/ to revert the perk back to its pre-1.4 state ;)


You'll need another mod to fix the ninja perk though, or you'll get the old stacking bug back.
