Is Sneak still bugged?

I remember a while ago that the Sneak skill capped at 50, and had no effect after that.

Has this been fixed by a patch yet? Sorry if I'm way behind.

Its never been capped at 50 as far as I know.

Not capped, just didnt do anything after 50, other than being able to convice father elijah something in dead money. It was a bug, just want to know if its fixed yet?

The bug you speak of never existed, who ever told you it did was either a fool or a liar.

It was listed on Fallout Wikia, so I always assumed it was.
