Topic description says it all. Is it possible to toggle sneak off and on, without having to hold down the Ctrl button, or Joystick 4 button?

If you're on PC, the Morrowind Code Patch has this option.

Short answer: no, unless you download the extra content mentioned above.

I generally map sneak to something less of a strain on the pinky, like the shift key. It's also a bigger key, so you could put something heavy on it.

If you are on a PC, you need to download Morrwoind Patch Project and Morrowind Code Patch. They fix a huge amount of bugs and add some cool new features (like the aforementioned sneak toggle).
