Can someone give me a guide to A sniper class with what perks I should go first , and what weapon I should go for ? Thanks !

high perception for sniping, high agility if you want some stealth

try this build.

yeah i go with a build similar to it just less luck and less perception. I still go S3 and I4. The extra carrier weight is good and u can access to the perk that u do more dmg with the gun melee attack.
