I was wondering......how in the heck did the Snow Elves transform into the Falmer i know there are books but how long did it take because this question is bothering me lol

No one knows how or why they were transformed. Gelebor suggests it was a gradual change that took place over a long period of time. Which in this case would be upwards of 3400 years.
