I've been looking through the Morrowind.ini file and the CS for Snow-related settings, but to be honest, I'm not quite sure which of them to change. For a while now, I've used a snowflake replacer -- which looks great -- but tends to make regular snow too dense to see through.

Blizzards are perfect and I don't want to change those, but does anyone know which value can be tweaked to adjust regular snow density?

I think you can decrease the snowflake density by changing "Max Snowflakes" to a lower value in the [Weather Snow] section.

Under the [Weather Snow] section,
Max Snowflakes= #
Lowering it will reduce amount of snow.

And that shouldn't effect Blizzard conditions.
