.38 Snub Revolver

I really hope they add a old-fashioned .38 revolver (Colt Detective Special would be ideal for the 30's-50's vibe) in a DLC. Would make a great light weight back-up gun and utilize all that plentiful .38 ammo I use as currency right now!

Seems like a no brainer to me! I'm getting the sense that Beth didn't employ ANY firearms consultants in this game. Some of us real-life gun-nuts could have been had for CHEAP (raises hand).

Or add a weapon mod to convert .44 to .38 (possibly with more rounds in the drum)

Could work but the classic Detective revolver is a snub-nose (2 inch not like the 4 incher the game has erroneously named snub-nosed!). Also they tend to have a small (5-shot) or medium (6-shot) frame. That .44 is a HUGE large framed revolver.

There's a pipe revolver, which makes a good substitute, IMO.
