Sock's in Skyrim : V

Why is there no sock's in The Elder Scrolls? It would be nice to have them in Skyrim, plus you could enchant them so you have a pair of magical sock's.

Sorry, I just can not imagine them selling socks at the best defense as a toughness improving item. "Oh i have this greatly shiny and beauty designed armor who adds you 5 defense... Oh, and some socks for +100 HPZ!@"

But you have to enchant them yourself, why would an armour store sell socks anyway?!

you know, this is a dark age based game.

At the dark age people did not have socks, they luckily managed to get shoes. when one wanted to soft the feeling at his feet he would simply wear long pants and stick them down into his boots. Socks are pretty much something used only in now-days

Im 100% sure, i happen to like history and dark ages mostly so i know stuff.
tho, if to be honest some did use tights who had "socks" bound into their bottoms. but it was mostly high nobility and their god dam greedy comfort needs.

But in Oblivion they had those legging like garments on men. So there should be socks, just to be fair.

Just a question: what would the Argonians wear? I mean they have those talons thing at their feet/paw thing.

If i was an argonian I would go all around naked only with socks.
But I guess that would be just too much like real life.

Skyrim nudity! Skyrim children! The two wont go together without some controversy.

Maybe you could get fined for prancing around naked.

Its not nudity if im having my socks on, my lucky socks!

If luck will be available i woulnt mind socks and enchanting them to improve luck... Not hp tho, hp and armor from socks seem weird (to me)

Yeah, but its your choice how you enchant your nice little socks. Not sure about leather, or any type of sock besides plain old wool.

I'm glad I'm not the only person who's perturbed by the absence of socks. They may not be for my character who has an aversion to boots, but the lack of them still struck me as alarming, historical accuracy or not.

We have made it to page 2. A discussion about the possible option of SOCKS in a video game made it to page 2 - we are truely lowlife.

I would hunt wolfs and make sock outta em then hunt mudcrabs and stick my leg into their belly so theyll become boots.
