I grew up playing descent. It was the pinnacle of sci-fi and gaming, and the endless hours that i spent immersed in dark tunnels to head-rocking techno is something i will always hold dear. I would give ANYTHING, to play those games ALL over again in modern day game engines. THE EXACT GAME. For 2 years now i have held on to a kindled hope of doing just that. Ive never been so disappointed and let down. Not only did they beat you to the right idea, you bullied it out of them, and out of that success. Sol Contingency was your chance for a gaming rebirth to fame and publicity. They were doing such a great job... I know you probably dont care anyway, but... Way to murder creativity and passion in a gaming industry that just simply doesnt have any anymore! Why not back them? Why not help them/hire them? Seriously? The rest of your guys' games have svcked for years! Me and all my friends thought you guys ran out of business, we had no idea gamesas was still alive until a few months ago. Way to guarantee continued irrelevance gamesas, all while smashing the dreams of thousands of excited PC gamers. I wont be rebuying the old descents, or any of your new games. Way to be the bully. You are everything I have come to hate about the gaming industry, and I will actively avoid purchasing anything with your name on it, or anything that in any way puts money in gamesas pockets.
