After I delivered the rum to Falk, and have also been told by the winking skeever's owner to talk to Falk about Varnius but when i get there the marker is over Falk's head but there are no new dialog options. Apparently Varnius is susposed to walk over and that will trigger the quest to start but he just stands there. Someone on Yahoo answers said that there is a command for PC players that will fix this bug, but i'm on 360 so that doesn't help me. Please help i have like double what i need to buy the house in Solitude but this crap is keeping me from doing it.
