Title says it all. Dialogue is broken and continues to display the "EVEN MORE MONEY" option, even though I've maxed it out at 200 Caps. He also doesn't take or pay for the Mutated Ferns. This is a huge issue for me— I've got about 4600 Caps worth of Ferns in my inventory, and I could REALLY use the dough.
