Solstheim Castle issue

Post » Mon Aug 16, 2010 7:46 am

Hi! I'm having an issue with Solstheim castle mod where one of the outside gates of the castle are jammed. I push the "lift" button and it doesn't get up.

I know there's a console command to fix it (reset it), because I used it frequently long time ago (but then I learnt to avoid it and I forgot it, as I no longer needed it), but now I've messed it somehow.... Anyone could remember me what is the console command used to reset an animation on an object? (or reset an object?). Thx in advance.

Oh, that's interesting. I'm having the same problem with a portcullis at Silgrad Tower. It should work the same as those at Ghostgate but it doesn't go up for some reason. Also, does anyone's bar doors (the ones that swing up from a countertop) reset crookedly?

It would be interesting to know the ID of the gate (is it KO_NorthGate or KO_SouthGate?). You could also open the console, select the gate and use "sv" to show its script variables (if it has any) to see if they look ok.

Again, you win the game, my friend.

Yes, that was the one! ^^ Thx a billion.

I've no idea about the rest of it. If you want to download the mod and make a patch, it'd be appreciated (permission from Korana is required however, I guess).
