Ok this is making me mad. I have started new games, uninstalled all my mods, and tweaked my settings but every single time i go to Solstheim it crashes a little ways in the game. I have tried everything I have read but not a single thing works. HELP

I believe that mods can leave bugs in your code even after you uninstall them. If it′s really unplayable, you might want to try and reinstall the game?

I assume PC, so you might want to explain which "tweaked settings" you have.

OP stated that this even happens with new games. (assuming that he removed all mods before starting a new game.)
