Solstheim - Vampire attacks? : V

It's been a while since I've done the Solstheim quests, and I don't think I've ever done them without finishing Dawnguard first. But on this playthrough I'm going for DB before DG. My concern is vampire attacks. I'm used to taking appropriate measures to avoid them in Skyrim but do I need to be careful on Solstheim too or are the attacks not happening there? These freakin attacks really are a pain. I'd hate to have vampires wipe out Raven Rock or Skall Village.

There are no vampires on Solstheim.

I have never seen a vampire attac on Solstheim either. I don't think it's possible. (I could be wrong, so correct me if I am).

I've also never seen any vampires or vampire attacks on Solstheim. Good thing.

They are apart of the Dawnguard radiant quests that you do for Gunmar. I have had to go to Solsthiem to rid a lair but haven't had any random attacks.
