A solution for freezing of Skyrim.

So I've been frustrated as many of you have with the amount of freezes on the Xbox 360's version of Skyrim, I've restarted a character and the freezes came back, until I combined all console freeze solutions and came up with this and so far the freezes have gone away. So I'll list all the things I do in order to avoid freezing hoping that they work for you as well.

1. As you all know or have heard of the mysterious LB, RB, and X.. Well before I load up Skyrim, I always hold down LB+RB+X and I've noticed and you'll notice that it'll be at that black screen just a few seconds longer before the Press Start icon flashes, than if you weren't to hold it down.

2. If you're going to play for more than 5 hours, I suggest to always reboot the game by going to the Xbox Home and then loading the game and doing the same thing I suggested above.

3. When saving a specific play thru, do not and I repeat do not have more than five saves for that character if you want to prevent freezes. (This is not an official fix, but so far it's helped me prevent freezes)

4. Now everyone know's of this one already, but always keep EVERY single auto save feature off and remember to save your progress or you'll be frustrated because you've wasted hours of progress. It is suggested on a Playstation forum somewhere for Skyrim to save before and after dungeons, objectives, and main quests

5. Also, I've noticed when my freezes occur, it's usually when I'm in an Xbox Live Party, so I try to limit my time in a Party to prevent possible freezes, again, this one is not official so it's one you can try out or not. It's up to you.

6. Another thing to avoid is to leave weapons, apparel, misc, food, ingredients, etc laying on the ground places when you're cleaning out your inventory. Always make sure you either leave stuff in chests, on dead people, or anywhere else you can store things, or better yet sell unneeded things to stores all around Skyrim.

7. Last but not least try to avoid walking around carrying too much, I personally believe that has an affect on the game itself.

So I hope these things helped you, because they helped me rid of the freezes. If you happen to have to start over, I highly suggest you just start over, learn how to get certain things up quicker skill wise and you'll soon be back to where you were before on your character and you'll be stress free! Good luck and cheers to all Elder Scrolls Fans!
