Somah and Paulson are missing

Whenever I start the Mothership Zeta DLC it goes off fine without a hitch but Somah is missing, leaving me stuck in the cell unable to move. I managed to get through the cell block by adding her through the console but she doesn't show up in the engine core and Paulson is missing also.

I'm fairly certain this is a mod conflict but I can't figure out which one it is, little to none of the mods I use modify Zeta except for FWE, MMM, and WMK.
