Some discoveries I've made last 2 days of playing.

This is all old stuff to you guys just thought I'd share anyway.

Ok level 9 now, Karma neutral-mercenary, 3dog insulting me on the radio too about Brian lol.

I found in the hubic comic building in the beta testing room a computer with a game you can play on it. Also the building was rigged with loads of traps as their is also a crazy man with a
Minigun in the basemant putting holes through all the ghouls.

In grayditch I found a building called 'outpost' only 2 rooms, good little camp area, bed, storage and your own super mutant locked up in the other room lol. The wierd thing was as I left he came through the door too :s I followed him as he must of been fleeing, he started shooting so I killed him. Went back in too see if he had opened the gate but was still locked.-very hard-
So dunno how he got out must be a glitch.

On the way to Arlington library i ran into 4 molerats, all hostile but wouldn't attack me, instead they kept fleeing as I got close, thought that was a bit odd too. I let them live.

Did the tepid sewers for the WSG, I found a secret compartment in a fridge down there too and a unique sledgehammer, did take me about 2 hours to find the key but enjoyed it. Loving the unique sledgehammer, it's just pure brutality!

And also on the way to the library i went off course a little and ended up in the red racer factory, there was a guy in there called 'the surgeon' and he was experimenting mind
Control on ghouls and mutties, was pretty cool, i approached him in hopes we could talk but he simply pulled out a rocket launcher on me... Load game and start again lol.
I've set up camp there too, that has bed, storage, workbench and your own glowing ghoul named stefan! lol not to mention his great lab coat!

All this has been the last 2 days, and never experienced any of these when i first played, absolutely loving this stuff. God damnit it's 4am lol game has got me hooked right now!

Red Racer Factory is creepy town for me. That noise you hear sounds like the sound when a mine is about to go off. I had to kill Stefan last time around, cuz Charon freaked out, and started lobbing grenades and things got ouchy with the grenades being whipped at the cell door, yet they all bounced off and headed my way.... :stare:

Yea I hear ya, I thought my game was glitching out and at first panicked thinking I'd set off a trap. Yea I had to kill him too. I thought he was locked up so I went over to say hi but he casually opened the gate and killed me. I was like what the hell!?! I'm level 9 and my assault rifle only tickled him. I don't think I could ever do DID with unpredictable [censored] like that.

What about the super creepy sounds? Spooks the hell out of me. I play with surround sound head phones so it makes you feel super immersed. I always feel edgy and wary.
It was definitely a bad idea to set up a camp there, when I play tonight I'll be moving out immediately. lol

Dunwich Building is pretty spooky too. I tend to play at night when the kids are sleeping. Lights off, sound up. Turn your sound up in that building. Bring a shotgun. Just putting it out there.

believe me with the head phones I use ( turtle beaches x31) I hear absolutely every sound, I have lost count how many times I've jumped playing this game. The smallest things have made me jump too, like a shotgun trap, or turn around and a mole rat lunges at me. When I say jump I mean it, to the point where it even gets my heart racing!

Ahh for pitty sakes , all I get is Marry Poppins with my graphic settings and desk top speakers.

The last boogey man I met in the machine was Pain killer.
