Some memes are actually funny, while this "arrow to the knee" one is just stupid. That is why I think this tattoo was a stupid idea; I could understand getting a tattoo of the logo or an insignia that an organization in a video game uses on the basis that said organization mirrors the person's belief. Or perhaps getting your wife's name tattoo'ed in Daedric or something like that. Things that can be explained rather than going "well, a guard says 'arrow in the knee' A LOT and everyone says it and me and many others thought it was funny so I got a tat of it". Of course, I feel tattoos should have a true meaning behind them beyond "it was funny".
