Extract everything into your Oblivion\Data folder and tick the Qarls_Harvest.esm AND the Qarls_Harvest.esp.
To make this compatible with a number of other horse mods, I've included additional (optional) esps. The list below details this -but you'll still need the files above ticked AND you need the actual mods installed.
Official Horse Armor: Copy DLCHorseArmor.esp from the Official Horse Armor folder to your Data folder. Tick the DLCHorseArmor.esp.

I have Slof's Horses Base (copied over with ESPless Slofs Horse) and DLC Horse Armor.
Is this telling me to replace my official DLC Horse Armor and Slof's Horses Base esp with the ones from the appropriate horse folders in the http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8113?
