1) How many animals can you keep as pets at your house?

2) If I'm at my pet limit and kill and existing pet, will the kids eventually bring home another pet to fill the void?

3) Do 'Stray Dog' encounter respawn or is it a one off encounter? (i found a dead stray dog, and wondered if I would see this encounter again later)

4) Can the stray dog be kept as a pet?
