Thanks for the support! ^_^

Production may go a bit slow. My mouse is starting to die a slow and painful death. :(

Hopefully I can get the most out of it before I need to buy another. (Ah, the joys of being lazy/British!)

Does anyone know how a group of Nords can survive in extremely harsh climates in a simple camp? I want to create a few of those being cold makes you tough types, but I'm not sure how it's possible to survive.

Could anyone tell me how to go about creating a Height Map? It would be so much easier and better looking than using the CS. I've actually wated to creat some Height Maps for a while. But, I have no idea how to go about it. I'm pretty sure it's possible, as I've seen many Morrowind projects involving Height Maps.

Can anyone help me out? After searching for quite some time, and getting past all the Oblivion Height Maps that love to come up when I search Morrowind, I found http://hme.sourceforge.net/. I understand how it works, but I don't have a clue how to use it in Morrowind.

Also, is it possible for me to copy the heightmap from another esp/esm and rescale it, without using TESFaith? (Doesn't work on Windows 7. Stupid Bill Gates. Why'd you sell it?)

Thanks, that seems to be exactly what I need. But, are there any good usage instructions anywhere? The readme utterly confuses me.

New Shots. :celebration:

I took the wood texture from the Skaal homes. I used it as a texture for the floor for a wooden floor effect. I'm quite proud of it! http://i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac285/Rellac/MGEScreenshot52.jpg

Pretty much the whole exterior is done. A few trees to place, and a few regions are largely undone. Don't like Interiors. <_<

In my shot of the "Orcish Lands", a bit of snow made it's way into the screen, because I had travelled through Skyreach to get there, and I haven't named the region yet. My bad.

Looks fantastic. Just one thought: have you considered where this will be in relation to TR.

I also had a look at your jungle problem, and I thought you may have to super simplify the trees and hope that because there are so many nobody notices.

The island is far, far, north. No chance of conflicts. It relies of in-game maps and landmarks. A new concept I'm toying with. Pretty essential to get right. Eventually, there'll be 100% chance of conflicting.

I'm thinking of either spreading them out more, getting a different tree mesh, or both.

It would be nice if anyone could direct me to an "Ogre" resource, or ome kind of "primate" type mod. Anything from typical monkeys, to gorillas, even Igma. I couldn't find any out there, and I don't think they're there, but it's worth asking around, incase I've missed something.

Also, can anyone reccomend me a "troll" resource? I know there some out there, but I haven't actually saw much that tickles my fancy (There's lot of different style trolls - they've never had a definitive look, even in Earth mythology)

http://i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac285/Rellac/MGEScreenshot10-1.jpg would be the perfect formation of trees, but I get 5 fps like this. That's not good. I have a pretty decent computer, a lot of computers wouldn't be able to handle this. This is also without any flora other than trees, or any kind of dedtail, and my distant land settings have been disabled. http://i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac285/Rellac/MGEScreenshot11.jpg is pretty much the lowest I'll be willing to have, but I only get 7fps with no flora or detail, or mge settings. Does anyone have any tips for fps optimisation with trees? I'm using http://members.shaw.ca/nickyart8/ArchiesMeshes/ tree meshes. (Palm tree type 2)

I also heard that there's a program used by the Animated Grass plugin that was used to place the grass all over, and then had to be edited in the cs. Does anyone know this program? Would I be able to use it place standard flora? just to same me time...

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm pretty sure that's everything. Feel free to tell me what you think, and give me any ideas you may have.

Those trees were made in ~2003 with Max 5 and with modern versions a poly and vertice cloning bug happens on the modern version of import, so one poly becomes 12 in the same space. It's annoying and I haven't found a fix for it yet. On the old mod that I have for screenshots, I don't have that issue at all. Welding the vertices doesn't work picking out the estra polys is cumsy and takes ages. Sorry. They used to work fine I don't know what's changed about them. I could have a wack at it just rebuild them maybe. I haven't seen that happen with the others.

Sorry. I've been away for some time. I think I've managed to get my trees done correctly. I've used Bitter Coast trees, alongside the palm trees I was using earlier. I got http://i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac285/Rellac/MGEScreenshot53.jpg. I think it gives a claustrophobic, jungle kind of feel (flora isn't done yet).

Be sure to inform me of any trees you may create, though. I can use all I can get. I actually still need to create a great forest for the Bosmer. Some kind of live inable trees, or bone type homes, for those that follow the greenpact in this place, would be great.

Sorry 'bout the huge sudden halt there, but I'm back now. Took a long break from everything.

I think it's better I carry on from here, than start a new thread.

So, a few location names have been changed (turns out I have some similar names to other medias...).

Skyreach will now be known as Stokkva
Moor will now be known as Arbor
Kharid will now be known as Khaj (Khajiiti for Desert)

I'm kinda stuck on something, though. Are there any Redguard specific insults floating around TES? Obviously, people would complain like crap if I used real world insults, so I'll need something different. Hopefuly there's something in the lore already. A man specific insult would do.

All about the Khajiit-Redguard rivalry in Halem.

Is there any way for an NPC to see through a tapestry? I have them placed as hidden guards, but they can't witness anything I do.
